I am a senior at Skidmore College, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Education Studies I have always known I\u2019ve wanted to work with children. I have been lucky enough to have many experiences where I have been able to work with children in different settings and be exposed to a variety educational pedagogy and future careers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout my schooling, I have considered many paths to pursue. During my first semester, I quickly realized that I wanted to work in Education to take the experiences I’ve had to help advocate for young kids to develop confidence in themselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am drawn to experiences that allow me to make professional connections and continue learning about different types of education. My hope is that I can someday use my knowledge and skills of working with kids to make them feel seen and supported as an Elementary School Counselor. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
